JOIN Jill & Coral @ CASA COCO April 6-12 For Rest & Reset
Islan Heron Yoga presents REST & RESET @ Casa Coco & Coco B Wellnesss
Join us for an island getaway to recalibrate, rejuvenate, relax, and recharge. Casa Coco will be our private Carribean sanctuary for six glorious sunrises and sunsets. Our adventure revolves around self-exploration, shedding stress, making connections, and developing soul-care rituals. We will view the Great Eclipse together (eclipse glasses are included!) and use the essence of this astrological event as our inspiration and guide. Every part of this week invites you to listen to and honor your needs. We will sweep you up at the airport, and after a short drive and ferry ride, you will arrive on the majestic Isla Mujeres. Leave the rest up to us!
Here are the highlights:
We will offer two daily yoga classes on the outdoor yoga deck (palapa)
Enjoy three locally sourced gourmet meals and snacks daily, a private infinity pool, and an additional dunk pool in a quiet garden
Elegant eco-friendly accommodations
Beautiful ocean view yoga palapas
Expansive lounging spaces
Spectacular ocean views
Private beach
Paddleboards & kayaks at your disposal
Sunrise Excursion on the day of the Eclipse
Each morning, we will attune to ourselves and the day with an intentional yoga practice overlooking the ocean. Our evening practices will be inspirational and offer the opportunity to go deeper into the philosophy and psychology of yoga. We may chant or tell myths, work with journaling prompts, dive into the mysteries of meditation, breathing, and learn how to reset or regulate the nervous system, and gain practical wisdom to enhance our health and well-being. Coral will share her insights and experiences gained over decades spent exploring yoga, philosophy, psychology, and more.
This week will stay with you for a lifetime.
We honor all levels. This week is open to everyone.
