The days will be jam-packed with meditation, breathwork, workshops, asana flows, and nightly satsangs involving group connection exercises, sound healing, dance and restorative practices. If you are desiring to get your Yoga Alliance accredited 200 hour teacher training certificate, you will be required to be at all activities. However, if your life is calling for a retreat in a magical place with uplifting, like-minded souls, the week is also open for those who wish to come and attend some of the classes and workshops but also desire to relax, get daily spa treatments or go on diving excursions and explore the adorable beach towns of Isla Mujeres.
